What is the best toothpaste ?

Dentists agree that as long as toothpaste contains fluoride, the manufacturer of the paste does not affect its effectiveness

What amount of toothpaste is recommended?

- Age less than 3 years: light layer or the size of a grain of rice

- From 3 - 6 years: Half a pea

- For age greater than 6 years: Pea size
